Refund policy

We have to be notified within 3 days upon receipt of the item if you need the item returned. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Send us an email at sales@FANToyStore.com to get your RMA. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless we are at fault by:

• Shipping you the wrong item.
• The item you received is not as described.
• Item is defective / damaged upon receipt.

If the reason for return is not our fault, the buyer will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Absolutely NO RETURNS on cap refills and items that are custom made and/or have custom serial number or items that has been USED.

All defective or damaged merchandise needs to be returned complete with original packaging and should not show excessive wear.  To be authorized for a pre-paid return label for defective or damaged item, you need to contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package. In your email/msg you must include detailed pictures and description of damages before a pre-paid return label will be issued. Note that defective/damaged parcel will be replaced (NO refunds, unless it's out of stock). 

AFTER 3 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED.
